Drew P. Barber joined Fiddler & Associates, P.C. as an Associate in 2016 after earning his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center. While at the University of Houston, Mr. Barber served on the Houston Business and Tax Law Journal as the Chief Notes & Compliance Database Editor. Prior to law school, Mr. Barber earned his bachelor's degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University where he was named the Class of 2013 Most Outstanding Leader.

Mr. Barber's practice focuses primarily on representing individuals in claims of discrimination, wrongful termination, unpaid overtime, and unpaid commissions against employers, and has also assisted in the representation of small businesses in claims for breach of contract, breach of non-competition agreements, misappropriation of trade secrets, Department of Labor - Wage & Hour matters, and OSHA matters.
