Kelly N. Stamy joined Fiddler & Associates, P.C. as an Associate in 2015 after earning her law degree from South Texas College of Law. Ms. Stamy served on the Texas Journal of Business Law as an articles editor and earned her Mediator's certificate while attending South Texas. Prior to law school, Ms. Stamy earned her bachelor's degree in Government from Houston Baptist University where she was a four year member of the Honors College and Dean's List.

Ms. Stamy's practice focuses primarily on representing individuals in claims of discrimination, wrongful termination, unpaid overtime, and unpaid commissions against employers, and has also assisted in the representation of small businesses in claims for breach of contract, breach of non-competition agreements, misappropriation of trade secrets, Department of Labor - Wage & Hour matters, and OSHA matters.
